Prospectors are NCR Citizens that have come to the Mojave Wasteland in search of their fortune via scavenging. The only real difference between them and local scavengers is their name, which is a polite term for "Scavenger".
This Prospector is hiding in a camp right under the Legion's noses, and is having a discussion with his friend about whether or not to pack up and leave or risk persecution by the Legion right around the corner.

Hey, I'm getting worried.
It's just that... Cottonwood Cove is right around the corner... Literally. The Legion is just a stones throw away and we've set up camp here.
As before, I'm gonna shortlist you and a few others because I can't my decision just yet on this one. There are just so many perfect auditions so I need more time to decide. You'll hear from me within two days time of my decision!
