What do you mean? They’re doing great! Nick only messed up once!
(directing) It doesn’t matter. Nick, Miranda, you guys are doing great, but try to convey the dramatic nature of what they’re saying to each other. They’re not serious, in a way. They’re two teenagers making sweeping declarations of love to each other after talking for five minutes at a party — “not a hundred words”, Juliet herself says it. Make it the biggest Hallmark confession you can.
Look, I know we both argue in front of you guys a lot, and we’re sorry, but this is difficult. Bea’s under a lot of pressure, and you guys accusing her of making fun of me isn’t cool.
