Antagonist, He’s goofy, loud, and hard to take seriously! His left arm is similar to that of a robot, his right leg that of a chicken, and so on! He is a small calico cat who takes a lot of pride in his royal status as king! His actual name is “Kitty Kitty Meow Meow III.” RCCK does everything in his power to stop the main characters from leaving his kingdom with what he believes is a stolen key! A key that belongs to the ruler of the multiverse, a tale told in an old prophecy!
