Character:

Gaia is the motherly Spirit of the Earth. After a century-long nap, she wakes up to discover her precious planet in peril by irresponsible humans. She puts her faith in five mortal teenagers, chosen by the Rings, to help save Earth. 

Voice:

I need an actress who captures the godly, regal, but also motherly, voice of Gaia. She differs from the Greek mythology figure, but she does possess a mysterious side that she knows a lot more than she shows.

• *After waking up to find humans carelessly polluting the planet* (disappointed but not surprised) It's those poor, silly humans again. They're gonna destroy my planet if they keep going on like this. What's a mother to do?
• (Welcoming) Welcome, my Planeteers, to Hope Island. 
• *After being asked why she, a powerful being, doesn't just save the planet herself* Why don't humans take care of their own planet?
