Mega Man: The Comic Dub (Let The Games Begin)

It’s the genius inventor who is about to change the history of Robotics, Doctor Light. He is Mega Man’s Father, having graduated from the Robot Institute of Technology alongside his colleague Doctor Albert Wily, though always getting more recognition due to Wily losing his credentials due to Unethical Robotic Experiments. Doctor Light worked with Wily to build the Robot Masters, advanced helper robots designed to assist humanity, however they would be reprogrammed by Wily to take over the world, leaving Light to upgrade Rock into Mega Man to stop them. Doctor Light is a man with much experience, always having advice to give to his Children and willing to help anyone with his robotics, being something of a moral compass to Rock and there to mentor his Children to become the best they can be. I need an actor who can seem down to earth and friendly, as well as full of wisdom and experience
I am looking for a low to medium-low pitch, and I want Doctor Light to speak with a lot of elderly grit in his voice, yet with friendly, welcoming inflections in how he speaks to people
Do not just try and do an impression of one of Doctor Light’s official voices, the main dictator of who I choose will be down to how an actor can sell the emotions of the character

[Light making a speech on a stage to an audience of reporters and press, speaking with optimistic conviction about the Robot Master Project] “I believe the field of robotics can be pushed further, that WE can be pushed further for the betterment of mankind and robotkind. By pushing the boundaries of Modern Robotics, and working hard alongside them, I believe we can achieve more than a Better Tomorrow. I believe we can achieve a PERFECT Tomorrow”
[Light attempting to console Wily after the latter’s bitterness about not being able to go out on stage alongside Light] “You’re an equal partner in Light Labs where it counts. You’ll miss out on today, but history will remember the TWO men who changed the future!”
[Light talking to Rock after the latter’s immense guilt at his outburst, asking to be stripped of his weapons, and Light explaining that Rock isn’t evil, in a sorrowful tone] “No, not evil. You are a little robot boy given too much power… while carrying the world on his shoulders.”
