Yotsuba Nakano (中なか野の 四よつ葉ば, Nakano Yotsuba?) is one of the main characters in the manga and anime series 5-toubun no Hanayome. She is the fourth sibling among her quintuplet sisters, with the other four being Ichika, Nino, Miku, and Itsuki Nakano. Yotsuba serves as one of the main love interests for the protagonist, Fuutarou Uesugi.

Yotsuba is initially depicted as a cheerful and outgoing character who is always willing to lend a hand to others. She is known for her energetic personality and her love of sports, particularly track and field. Yotsuba's character is also distinguished by her trademark green ribbon, which she wears on her head. She becomes a Class 3-1 representative later in the story.
