Character: 

Luther Plummer is one of the main Eco-Villains in the series. He’s a suave business tycoon who's motivated by money and pride, and his unethical conduct earns him the nickname “Looten Plunder”. He also represents the evils of corrupt capitalism.          

Voice: 

Plunder is charismatic, manipulative, and often petty. He always has a smug look to show he’s always one step ahead of anyone who opposes him, even if he isn’t. The ideal voice for Plunder is calculating and egotistical with a hint of poison, even when he’s acting friendly.                                           

Lines: 

• *meeting the Planeteers for the first time*  “Hello there, children. What, may I ask, are you five doing in my office? I don’t believe I scheduled a field trip with the Cub Scouts." 

• "A wolf dons the guise of sheep. But a true predator dons the shepherd."

• "Bleak, if you must kill them, do it in the shower room. Less of a cleanup that way."
