Bomb Man is one of the eight original Robot Masters. Designed for Demolition and Excavation purposes, he was built by Doctor Light and Doctor Wily for the Robot Master project, yet was reprogrammed by Dr Wily to help him take over the world, now becoming a villainous force to be stopped by Mega Man. Bomb Man, when evil, has a cocky disposition and general sense of superiority, though also somewhat of a respect for Rock, with how he compliments Rock for his looks and entrance, yet still all the more willing to destroy Mega Man

I am looking for a medium to medium-low pitch, and I want Bomb Man to have general cocky, kind of college frat boy inflections in his voice
