The scholarly member of the star spirits. He is witty and wise. Unlike the other star spirits, Skolar escapes his designated prison in Tubba Blubba’s castle but is recaptured by Lady Bow and Bootler to be held as a reward for Mario defeating Tubba Blubba.
I am looking for a medium-low to medium-high voice. Skolar is like that of a middle-aged, bumbling professor. He is bright but can be caught off guard and becomes quite afraid when in Lady Bow's possession. If you believe a British accent will aid you in conveying his character, you are welcome to do that, but his accent is default American.

[SKOLAR sheepishly admits to being captured by the boos after escaping TUBBA BLUBBA's castle. He is inside of a cage. Somewhat fearfully.] “I tried to head for Shooting Star Summit to make the leap to Star Haven, but I became lost in the forest. While hunting for a way out, I was captured by Boos. And now here I am…”
[After being rescued by MARIO.] “... Mario. I have one bit of bad news. Unfortunately, Bowser's life force seems to be getting stronger all the time. Most likely it's the Star Rod that's giving him more power.”
