Paper Mario N64: The Call of the Stars (ROUND 1 - MAIN CAST)

The first of Bowser’s many henchmen that Mario will face, and the boss of Red and Blue. While he is a monarch, he isn't exactly formidable. He is large in size, but lacking in wits and power.
I am looking for a medium-low to medium-high-pitched voice with a melodramatically regal character. His voice should also reflect his size. He is a beastly creature, even if he's also a leader. If a British accent will aid you in fleshing out the character, you are welcome to do so, but his accent is default American.
