These fellas are Ghouls acting in service to The King. A mixture of survivors from The Great War and people who were irradiated after the war, these guys have settled down in the slums of Freeside, eking out an existance as members of The Kings gang, ultimately attempting to bring peace and stability to the rancid streets of Freeside. They idolize Elvis Presley, as does every member of The Kings, and have attempted their best to procure fake pompadour wigs to imitate him.
