Oscar is the uncle of Terrence and the man who owned the house you explore in the game. He passed away while Katie was abroad, so the family moved into his house. Sam thinks he still haunts the house and, given he’s lived his life in solitude filled with pain and regrets, he just might.
Vocal Reference: Oscar does not speak in game. However, I imagine his voice to be aged, decrepit and rather poetic in a spooky way. His letters are filled with regrets and that should show in the voice.
