Shiner... is an extremely annoying character. From his looks to his personality, I can't stand him. He first appears in Bogey's Cafe during a series of matches he continually wins.  As you can see by the Z on his collar, he's a member of the Z Syndicate, a sinister and mysterious organization. 

  • (Cocky) Oh please, I haven't lost all day! Do you really think you can beat me?

  • (Shock) What!? How did I lose? Oh well, my job is done here anyways.
