Why should I audition for a minor/extra role?
At the start of any of my projects I always hold a closed round which typically includes people I know and trust. While main VA's can play these types of characters, variety is important to creating a believable soundscape and differianted characters. By auditioning and getting a minor role you improve your chances to get a larger role during a closed round after I have seen that you are reliable/trustworthy.
(Commenting, Jealous) If I'm entering Junior High then I at least want a boyfriend.

While not a bad audition I feel that the pacing is a bit awkward. I'm not really sure why you put the pauses where you put them. Otherwise there was a sort of lack of interest/personality in the lines which hurt the audition. I can understand since it's a really minor role that's there's not much to work with but that's also why you have the freedom to make your own secret for them. Why they say the lines they do. Otherwise I would be careful about the mouth noises as I heard quite a few in your audition.
