Why should I audition for a minor/extra role?
At the start of any of my projects I always hold a closed round which typically includes people I know and trust. While main VA's can play these types of characters, variety is important to creating a believable soundscape and differianted characters. By auditioning and getting a minor role you improve your chances to get a larger role during a closed round after I have seen that you are reliable/trustworthy.

  • (Jealous) How nice. I want one soon too!

  • (Surprised, Excited) Ah, it is! It is!

  • (Surprised, unbelieving) No way!

This audition is much better in comparison to the other one I critiqued. You kept your distance and it was much more moderated and believable. It was certainly a very close runner up.
