Supporting | As Mitama’s teacher, Livia seems even more mysterious. Livia is the leader of Puella Care, a group of coordinators, who've come to Kamihama as neutral parties. Livia keeps her distance from the world; her goals and desires are largely unknown. She does, however, have a decent relationship with Kyubey. Despite trying to keep her distance, Livia is a kind and forthright person.
