Kokusha is an old yet powerful Kurtle, adviser to Mahroe and is one of the major antagonists in the game. He serves usually as backup for Mahlaraze, Mahroe's wife and is said to be around her level of power.

As of Act 1, he currently only plays a minor role with only one line, he will play a huge part in Act 2 alongside Mahlaraze.
