You have such a great voice!! I loved listening to your audition. It seemed like most of your bloopers happened just because you were talking too fast; I trip over my own tongue talking too quickly all the time :') . Something I've been doing that's been helping me is gesturing with one hand while I record. I use the hand to emphasize my words and remind me to slow down and over-enunciate. Hope that helps, or will at least be a little fun. Keep up the great VA-ing!!
