Character: 

Chosen by the Fire Ring, Wheeler is a 16-year-old Planeteer from North America (Brooklyn, NYC). What he lacks in knowledge about the environment, he makes up for in street smarts. He's a smart-aleck, reckless, and a bit of a show-off, but his heart is always in the right place. Although he has the shortest fuse of his team, his fiery energy is mostly fueled by passion rather than anger, and often shows his violent side towards villains and anyone who threatens his friends.

The ideal voice for Wheeler is dynamic, cocky, and, sarcastic. A kid that raised himself on the streets of Brooklyn and fights muggers. Needless to say he has a Brooklyn accent.
