As one of several group leaders, this member is the next to heir the title of Master. While their identity is obscured, they are a master at disguising themselves as ordinary residents of Hyrule.
The Captain is in "A Link Between Worlds". He forgets his sword at the beginning of the game which forces Link to get it back to him.
