She should have relatively low and calm voice but still somewhat child-like.

Some other noises like: Nyaa!, Eeeh!?, Staaare.. etc (Please at least include the ones I listed)
I haven't decided yet, weather to use "chii" or "stare" for the final product but since it's English fandub, I thoguht that "stare" would make more sense. :D
