Peter Parker is the Spider-Man of Earth-90214 (this'll be different in the Quick Recaps Multiverse) and his universe is in black-and-white. His journey in this short movie can be quite emotional as he, like most Spider-People, has faced tragedy in his life to get to where he is now.

To fully understand the character, it's preferable that you watch the Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse movie first!
