Nyx Stardust for Kefka Palazzo
Kefka looks like jester and acts like one to lighten the mood at times and for some fun. But behind that persona is a man who wishes for nothing more but pure destruction to the whole world. He's certainly quite the psychopath.
Voice: very lively and quite a jokester whenever he's not going crazy. When he is going crazy he's very loud and can go borderline apeshit.
