Goodsprings is the starting settlement in Fallout: New Vegas. Home to the Goodsprings Settlers, they are often considered the tutorial faction. They herd Bighorners and trade with the passing caravans, although business has slowed since the bandit gang, the Powder Gangers, from the nearby NCRCF came to power in the area.
This Settler is gossiping in the Saloon about the two NCR Rangers that just left prior to the Player's arrival.
