Seiji Minami has earned a reputation. Whether it be positive or negative, the whole world has “clowned” him as a sadistic serial killer clown. Whether this is true or not is beyond being proved, but instead of taking offense to the rumors he has taken advantage of them instead. Seiji originally started off as a children's birthday party clown. Amongst everything, he ended up becoming a scare clown, and a highly rated one at that. Nobody knows if the rumors are true, but if they are, oh boy…
Seiji has a medium - low voice which occasionally peaks up to very high pitched. Seiji sounds completely scrambled and close to insane at times. His personality can completely switch, though, and become emotionless and empty (as seen in Audition Line 2).

(Nonchalant, dull, sarcastic) Woohoo! Another dead body… What, this is like, the 3rd one this week? C’mon, spice it up a bit…
(Deranged, insane) Yippeeeee!!! I can’t wait to see how this murder goes! I wanna see someone's brains get scooped out and nom-nom-nommed all the way up to Heaven! Ehehehehehe!
I know I took this in a different direction, but I wanted to try something different for the character. I understand if you were looking for something different.
