Sakura Kinomoto (pronounced SAH-ker-rah Keen-oh-mow-toe) is the main character of the series and movie. At the time of the movie's beginning, she has collected most of the Clow Cards and just got the Arrow card captured.
The Japanese voice for Sakura has a unique catchphrase when she gets shocked or scared: "Hoe!" ("ほえ!")
Her optimistic and outgoing attitude, combined with her invincibility spell ("Everything's going to be alright.") has carried her to go through obstacles to collect the cards and is very friendly towards those around her, including her friends and family.
