'Supreme' Commander Jacob Horwitz is the current faction leader and member of the National Bolshevik Movement in the St. Petersburg Metro. He grew up in the Metro, being only two years old when the bombs fell, and as a result, was indoctrinated into the neo-nationalistic & neo-nazi beliefs of the faction When he was 18, he became a foot soldier for the Red Pine division of the faction and was a prominent member of the Intelligence Committee during the Battle of Kartooshka, and subsequent destruction event. He was appointed Supreme Commander after the destruction of Kartooshka Station in 2027, and after his swift execution of the remaining Black Forest Division leaders as they were absorbed into the Red Pine Division. Under his rule, the National Bolshevik Movement adopted an isolationist policy. The new focus of the faction would eventually become expansionism, with clear concise goals:
- Reunite the Northern Metro with the South, and eradicate all opposition to the Bolshevik Movement;
- Unite the South against the North;
- Eradicate Nomadic Tribes within the Metro.

The following lines are to be treated as a tyrant speaking to his subjects before sending them off to war; A motivational speech, or perhaps an ideological crusade preparation. Either way, this is a moment of great pride for Horwitz, and it is encouraged to be as loud and confident as possible.
