Izumi Ozora - Ultimate Postwoman

Izumi doesn't talk a lot, but everything she says usually hits. For example, she has a habit of suddenly saying something important quietly, but yet timing it specifically so that when she says it everyone's silent and listening to her.

I would say I can see Izumi being one of the polar opposites - highest or lowest voice and softest or sharpest voice, but that's not exactly true. I think Izumi has a naturally pretty high voice, yet when she usually speaks she lowers it on purpose, so you can rarely hear her speak too highly. She sorta jumps from one polar opposite to the other with little in between. Man, am I bad at explaining all of this.
