Not much to say about this one, he's the engineer on a large freight ship. I imagined a southern accent to match the Western setting, but other interpretations are welcome. He is middle aged and should sound experienced.

You don't need to worry about the sound effects in the seond line, just play it as if at the point where the shotgun is cocked the Preacher has just produced a shotgun and the Engineer is reacting with panic.
