Rosey is a miserable, wilting flower who sees hope nowhere. She is inspired by characters like Sadness from Inside Out. Although Rosey finds it hard to be motivated, she has an appreciation for the beauty in the world, and paints when she finds the time. She's also very observant and pays attention to detail.

This is definitely an improvement over your previous attempt of Rosey, however removing the Australian accent entirely is definitely an over-correction.
As for your interpretation of Rosey's personality, you've definitely gotten closer, but you haven't nailed it yet. I think "monotone" and "flat" were probably the wrong words for me to use, but whatever the case, you've confused it for "emotionless", and as a result Rosey sounds much more threatening than she should be. You need to give her some more emotion and bring out the gloom. Try to make her voice feel gentle and sad, and make the listener sympathise with her.
