Luka Megurine is a member of the Vocaloids, and the second in command, in a sense.

Luka is very kind, gentle, and shy, and acts very mature. She could also be described as cool, and somewhat mysterious, in some instances. She holds the group together, and often solves problems with compassion of her own and reason. However, she has some difficulty standing up for herself, which her band members help her with.

Her voice source is freelanced, meaning so long as it’s within the age range and accent, anything goes.
