Jane, oh Jane. If it weren't for the possible conflict with Jeff that could be created - she wouldn't be on this list. No; you as an actor won't be penalized because I dislike this character; so don't let me poking fun stop you from auditioning.
Jane the Killer is either trying to murder Jeff, or well. Is shipped with him; I prefer them hating each other in all honesty; or a mix of the two. Expect Jane to be a tad seductive sounding; especially whilst trying to trick Jeff into dropping his guard long enough for her to do the stabby stab.
Her voice would most likely be around the medium range; sounding rather mature, and smooth.
First Line: Normal, speaking with another CP, the like.
Second Line: Alright, here we'll start out sounding seductive, and move into a more angry sounding tone. Like in the beginning she's luring Jeff near; and towards the end she's attacking him.
Third: The third line will have her catchphrase 'Don't go to sleep', so try to really sell that one.
"Hello, Liu. Are there any more requests from the capital? It seems that we've had less and less to do lately."
"Jeffy~ Come here now; there's no reason to be shy~ What could little old me do?
Try to kill you~? Oh no no no sweety, the past is in the past - there's nothing I can do to change that now... Though. At the same time, who knows how many parents you're taking away from children, orphaning them. How many children you're taking away from parents. I feel like that's enough to warrant your DEATH."
