Halo Machinima: "One Bad Idea"

Morgan Summers is one of the main characters in a Machinima I'm making.
I have the project fully scripted and planned out and am simply looking everywhere for a good fit for my character.
Sorry if my directions are not great this is my first ever project
Character Description:
Summers is the rookie type, he sounds naïve but not dumb, he is skilled and has a bright career ahead of him but he is obviously not as experienced as those around him.
Any accents / traits I am open to hearing since I have no specific choice.
Personal Preferences:
I will have a helmet filter on the characters and they will be heard though radio through a lot of the story so Microphone quality is not crazy important to me, you don't need the best mic but I also don't want the worst mic.
