Victor Darrius is a born vampire. He is also one who looked down on the created vampires. In the story, he is introduced as the new member of the Academy Coven and he doesn't respect the arrogant prick attitude of Simon Corella. 1. because arrogance is annoying and 2. how dare this "fake" vampire be trying to tell him what to do. Deep voice. Accent is up for interpretation.
