Her moods swing a lot but sh'e an overall sweet person always trying to get your back.
She has a rough past, living her whole life under the influence of a notorious gang, getting in trouble many times her life, but she decided to change her path after a tragic event.
Think her tone like Kaede’s (Danganronpa V3 ENG DUB), although her mood swings so much that there’s not really a specific way or tone she speaks with.
There will be times where she’s eating a lollipop (it will be identified with the code word “Lollipop”) so take that in consideration when you act on those lines.
NOTE: Toshiko is a POC character so a POC Voice Actor would be preferred (specifically she’s Black).
