Deek and Jamice Nutleiss were born into the richest merchant family in the IRD. They grew up extremely spoiled, and therefore believe everyone else exists to serve them. Deek inherited the family business, while Jamice became the head of the Political Philosophy department at the University.  

Since the brothers are described as both looking and sounding very similar, they will be played by the same actor.  The brothers have nasally, slightly whiny voices.
