One of Daring’s maniacal arch nemesises who has an army of felines he summons to ward off Daring Do.  Unlike Dr. Caballeron, he’s not in it for the profit.  He is more inclined to snatch certain artifacts in order to gain power; usually through performing evil ancient rituals via an artifact.

Replicate his canon voice from the TV show.  (I'm not exactly sure what type of accent he has, just try to replicate has close as you can.)
