With the reputation as a rude, unmotivated, loudmouthed, troublemaker, Leo is not especially likable, especially by the mayor. Though a loner, he's sociable, playful yet mean, ambitious and lazy, making it difficult to understand even himself. So Leo aims to live his life chasing fun and not caring what anyone else thinks.

When I was a kid at night I'd climb out of my bedroom window and go to the roof. The first person I saw pass by I'd swan dive off it. The neighbors thought I was crazy, I ended up with a broken arm but I wouldn't stop. They called me a little psychopath, which is fair I guess. I was pretty much a terrorist at that point, it felt good though. Everyone paid attention to me [whimsical and nostalgic]
