Chase is friendly, fun and straightforward. He's at that stage in life where he can be kind of dorky and awkward, but he always means well. When things get serious, he oftens makes jokes to lighten the situation, but it doesn't mean he can't get mad when his boyish pride is poked.
He begins Act 1 as a teenager but grows into a man overtime. This role is for Chase as a teenager. Feel free to let your voice crack when you're delivering his lines.

They always talk in that really nice way with that sickly smile, but it's all just so they can stab you in the back. They think it makes them so smart, but really, they're just jerks.

I tried each line three times, with a slightly different take on each of them. I have also auditioned for both the Younger and the Older version of Chase. The first half are all lines for the younger version, while the last half is for the older version of Chase. I can go higher if it is necessary for the younger version and I can go a bit deeper for the older version, but my voice is a bit unsteady if I raise or lower it too much. Though, that may be in your favor in terms of the crackling. If you would like me to try again with an even higher pitch, let me know. Thank you!
