Zapp here is practically the complete opposite of whatever Rainbow Dash will ever be.
She's a little more proper both her words and attitude. Doesn't mean she won't lose her cool though.
Zapp is a heroine having much discipline in her powers as she does bend the forces of nature (ie lightning, tornados) to her will. Also she isn't demeaning to Humdrum unlike Marevelous. Think Storm from X-men.
