Naomi works for a spy agency, she was brought in from a young age with the purpose of becoming an "ultimate weapon", having her legs amputated and replaced with large scissor blades. She is colleagues with one of the main cast, and uses a wheelchair to move around. 

Her voice needs to be humble and slightly nervous.

Naomi has only a couple lines in the series, she is a minor character.
