It is January 25th 1959, 05:09 pm. A fairly slow day for the city of Kandrid and its citizens, of which, most by now had taken shelter in their homes from the icy rain that had washed away the snow.

It´s late August 2012, a lonely black car was driving along the road near the outskirts of Kandrid. Inside, sat a man and his son. The son, bored out of his mind, watched the sheer endless wheat fields pass them by, then in front of them, a sign caught his attention. It read: “Welcome to the City of Kandrid” “New Mecklenburg County, Ohio” “Established: 1883, Population: 829.241”

The surprised young man looked into the direction of the shout, as he threw away his soda and along with more people dressed like him he hurried there. The sounds of BB guns being fired, rung through the city. Welcome to Kandrid, the teenage wasteland.
