Homura only cares about Madoka and to that end, she is willing to do anything she can to keep her safe and non-magical. She’s a stoic girl who acts cold to everyone around her to conceal her greatest kept secret; however, her demeanour can still shatter at times. In the anime, she has a low to medium, soft voice. I hesitate to put the word “monotone” here but think of flat affect. This won’t apply the whole time, however.
