Minor Character

An Octarian who patrols Octocity. They were on patrol after the inklings successfully stole the Zapfish, and was scanning citizens for any signs of "squid-music-brainwashing".

While a specific gender isn't specified, the doctor is given a masculine voice within the original animatic. So while I'm initially looking for a masculine voice, feminine voices are also welcome!

There are no voice headcanons, vocal ranges, or any other notes listed. Just take a good look at the character, read their lines to yourself, and come up with a voice you think fits best!
