Coffee Talk Fandub Project
Aurora Ave-L. for Freya — Main Role
"Freya is a main character in Coffee Talk, and a frequent daily visitor of the coffee shop. At the start of the game, she is a short story writer for The Evening Whispers newspaper.
Freya is cheerful and bubbly. She'll greet the customers coming into the shop with a smile and seems to make friends easily. She can be quite mischievous and perseverant, as shown when she pesters Jorji for stories. However, she can get very serious about the things she's passionate about, to the point where she will go without sleep for days on end. She can also get quite anxious about her writing, fretting about being caught and if it's good enough. "
Please feel free to interpret her voice to your liking! Keep in mind that Freya is a major character and will appear in almost every episode.
*Must be 18+! While the game is mostly SFW and contains no sexually explicit scenes, some characters sparsely engage in suggestive dialogue throughout the game. And of course, that also means being comfortable with reading those lines. For context, here are some instances of said dialogue:

*Jokingly at first* Don't worry, take your time! I'm a writer, not an editor... *thinks about her demanding role as a writer for the newspaper and sighs* So, I'm used to taking things slow...
Anyway, I really need that triple-shot espresso.
It's not that I hate writing stories for the newspaper, you know. But it seems like the right time for something bigger.
Hi Aurora, thanks for auditioning! I'm glad you had fun recording this, and can confidently say that I had as much fun listening to your auditions. I appreciate the effort that you put into all of your takes. Your effort and talent show in the ways you expressed the same lines in different intonations that all really resonated with me. And I'm sure anyone listening to your submissions can say the same. From the way you experimented with Freya's animated and Gala's pleasant personas, to Hyde's theatrical speech, and Baileys' complex story, you've done a phenomenal job. And that brings me to my next point— you have an remarkable range. I'm truly in awe!
Thank you so much! I did my best to bring as much of the character's stories into their lines as I could, and I'm so glad that came through well. All of what you said means so much to me!
