ABRIDGED Buggy: Pretty similar to Usopp: cowardly yet pretty ballsy sometimes. Running joke with the "We live in a society" Joker phase going on. Absolutely needs a killer goofy laugh. Feel free to just lose it in front of your microphone lmao.
