Luvbi is the daughter of Queen Jaydes and Grambi. She is extremely haughty, always dropping passive, sarcastic, insulting comments at those around her. When she speaks to herself, her head is in the clouds, often about romance or other grand things. Unbeknownst to her prior to Bonechill's reveal, she is the eighth Pure Heart disguised as a Nimbi, not truly the daughter of Jaydes and Grambi. When she finds out about this, her world is shaken entirely. She starts by being mad at her parents but then realizes she loves them and will miss them for the good of the world. 

Voice should be medium to medium-high in pitch. While she speaks in old Shakespearean-like English, she doesn't necessarily have to speak in a British accent. American works just fine too. What matters is that her tone is smooth and aristocratic, as she is essentially a princess. This regality should work with her passive-aggressive comments.
