With no formal VA training, Kaj has a very impressive, yet specific, range that I love more and more throughout the projects he is in. To compliment his instinctive talents, he is a stellar member of our community, actively engaging with others in a most welcoming fashion. He has also taken up the responsibilities of being the editing team’s quality assurance manager per his own idea, a task I cannot thank him enough for taking upon. My only complaint is that I didn’t find him sooner!
