Voice Description: Swap Papyrus is similar to sans in terms of his mannerisms. With that being said, I imagine he has Papyrus's accent and all, but his voice range and tone is that of sans'. 

Interestingly enough, similar to his original counterpart, he's rather short tempered compared to sans.

Various interpretations of his voice can be found through fandubs, I highly suggest using them as reference!
