An old and rotting doll of said cartoon character, supposedly haunted by something far more fearful and knows information out of reach of the average human mind, it proclaims. It speaks with both a high-pitched and low-pitched voice on top of each other.
Must be able to put on a dull monotone yet slightly (realistically) haunting voice whilst slightly doing his cartoon (old) voice in the mix too, whilst maintaining the idea of the voice examples down below.
